This washed Pacamara from Ecuador's Pichincha region is a rare find. Grown by Sebastian Garces at Finca San Pablo, it delivers bright lemon-lime citrus, jasmine, and rose florals with a hint of cherry. Perfect as a pour over to let those floral notes shine. We also love this one in espresso drinks!
