PROCESS

Washed

+
The washed process, also known as wet processing, produces exceptionally clean and bright coffees. After harvesting, the cherries are depulped to remove the outer skin and fruit, then fermented in water tanks for 24-48 hours to break down the remaining mucilage. The beans are thoroughly washed and dried, resulting in a coffee that showcases the pure character of the bean and terroir with clarity and vibrant acidity.
