This decaf seriously does not taste like decaf. Sourced from the Unión Regional Huatusco Cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico, it's decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process. Completely chemical-free. You get smooth milk chocolate, bright lemon, and a medium body that is excellent as a pour over or espresso. Fair trade, organic and perfect as a nightcap after a long day.
