Our cold brew kit gives you everything you need to make cafe-quality cold brew from the comfort of your home. Cold brew is such a fun way to brew and drink coffee, and we love making it with friends and family. Inside, you'll find a half-gallon (64oz) mason jar, a custom lid built for pouring straight from the fridge, disposable mesh filter bags, and a 250g bag of Mehbuba Seid Heirloom.

We picked this coffee because it holds up to a long, cold steep. It comes out sweet, smooth, and balanced instead of flat or muddy, and it's the kind of cold brew you'll want waiting in the fridge every morning.

How to Brew

  1. Grind coarse. The beans are whole, so grind them coarse at home, or ask your local coffee shop to grind them for you.
  2. Fill a filter bag. For a full 64oz batch, use the two whole bags of coffee. For a 32oz half batch, use one bag.
  3. Add water. Place the filled filter bag(s) in the jar and add cold, filtered water: 64oz for a full batch, 32oz for a half batch.
  4. Steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.
  5. Remove the filter bag and toss it. Each bag is good for one batch.
  6. Pour over ice and enjoy. No dilution needed.

Brewed at about a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio. The kit makes one full 64oz batch or two 32oz batches.
